| You may specify a Membership Fee and a Renewal Fee |
| The Membership Management software is fully integrated with CyberCash
so that you can automatically process Credit Cards |
| You may specify which Credit Cards you accept (i.e., Master Card, Visa,
American Express, and/or Discover) |
| When someone becomes a Free Trial Member or Full Member, or Converts
to a Full Membership, or Renews a Membership, a message is sent to their Email
address. You may customize what is stated in each of these messages.... |
| If a Member forgets their password, they may request that it be sent to
their Email address. This process is fully automated so that you do not have
to manually process these requests.... |
| All Credit Card processing is fully secure.... |
| Each Member selects their own Username and Password. The
Username/Password set-up process is
completely automated, and does not require any manual intervention by your
Website Administrator.... |
| A Member also may correct any of their Membership information, again
without any interaction with your Website Administrator.... |
Your Website Administrator also can perform many functions. Access
to the Administrative area of the website is secured via an Administrator
Username and Password. The Administrative functions are as follows:
| Send an Email to the entire Membership |
| Email Full Members |
| Email Full Members whose Membership has expired or is about to
expire |
| Email all Free Trial Members |
| Email Free Trial Members whose Free Trial Membership has expired or
is about to expire |
| Edit a Member's information |
| Edit the Parameters associated with the Membership Management
software (e.g., Membership Fee, Length of Free Trial Period, etc.) |
| Get a listing of all Members, or a list of Members based on a range
of Membership Start Dates or Renewal Dates |
| Change the Administrator Logon and/or Password |
| Change the Administrator Super Admin Password (i.e., an additional security
feature required in order to change the Administrator Username and Password,
or the Super Admin Password) |
The list above outlines many of the features of the Membership Management

Feel free to wander through this demo site. You may create a Free
Trial Membership or a Full Membership, and look at the functions your Members can
perform. You may also look at the Administrator functions, by logging in as
the Website Administrator (Username is Admin1 and Password is joshua). Go to the
